Who is Daniel Lee

Daniel Lee is an NYC based freelance video editor and director focused on editing for Film & TV and Social content.

While studying Film & TV production at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, he had the opportunity to edit and direct several different Intermediate and Advanced level narrative short films. Lee also worked internships at NBCUniversal with Bravo, Digital, where he was an assistant editor: editing content for Instagram, YouTube, and nbc.com, and at Insignia Films, where he worked as a post production PA: doing runs, finding selects, and working heavily with feature length documentary projects in Avid. While at Insignia, he was able to assist with the Sundance accepted documentary American Pachuco: The Legend of Luis Valdez.

Currently, Daniel Lee freelance edits for clients in need of an editor for either film editing or social media video editing. He is also working as a content creator on YouTube as part of the YouTube Partner Program, directing, writing, and editing high quality video essays.
